Dont want header bar to be black on page load

Hey guys,

I want to change the behaivor of my header so that upon scrolling down, the black bar doesn’t appear, cutting off the images.

I want the header to stay transparent when you’re scrolling down. I tried using the endold settings but no luck. Please help!
