Double "Home" Page in Menu & Removing Logo

My website is http://dconlineauction.com/

The menu has two "Home" pages and one is directing to the other but I can't figure out how to get rid of the second one. I also managed to remove and replace the logo from the front page, but the cubit logo is still showing up on the other pages. I have just been uploading the images for the slider and logo and such into the media folder in my dashboard and using their url as the img src. I saw in other posts that there are images folders but I am a beginner with html and I can't find them. Thanks so much for your help!

Hey,
1) Add following code to style.css:

#logo a {
    background: none transparent;
}

2) Open up header.php and delete following line to remove the home link:

<li <?php if(is_front_page()){ echo "class='current_page_item' ";}?>><a href="<?php echo get_settings('home'); ?>">Home</a></li>
