   Hello All,

   I'd like to duplicate the Contact Page as a "Request for Pricelist Page", would this be possible? Thanks in advance.

   Hi lishechen,

   Not with the current implementation of the contact page code. It only supports a single use.

   You'll be better off using a plugin like Contact Form7 or something like that so that you can customize it and place it anywhere.
