If you have troubles since the update to WordPress 4.5 please read this post before opening a new thread.
I’d like to use the same look and feel like at http://www.kriesi.at/themes/flagship/ – especially
– with the picture size 999×666 and
– the main menu at the same position
within this site:
I’m neither a CSS- nor a html-programmer,- and I tried to use replies within the forum
within the Quick CSS section, but this didn’t work for me:
So what do I have to do to use this picture
as described instead of http://www.kriesi.at/themes/flagship/files/2012/05/handsome-african-american-male.jpg ?
Is there maybe anything to adjust within the layout.css or any other css’es?
Thanks very much in advance
Hi Christian ,
You don’t need to modify the theme css to get the same thing as the demo at all. You can automatically populate the theme settings with very close to the demo by using the Insert dummy data button in the main theme options. This will add new pages, posts and portfolio items to show examples of how everything is entered as well as set up the front page and menus to be like those of the demo.
The big background image in the demo for instance is set on the demo pages “frontpage” page in the meta box for “Header Background Options”.
