I'd like to use the same look and feel like at http://www.kriesi.at/themes/flagship/ - especially
- with the picture size 999x666 and
- the main menu at the same position

I'm neither a CSS- nor a html-programmer,- and I tried to use replies within the forum
within the Quick CSS section, but this didn't work for me:

}
div .logo{
padding:25px 0;
min-height:400px;
}
.main_menu{
padding-top: 40px;
margin-right: -50px;
}
So what do I have to do to use this picture

as described instead of http://www.kriesi.at/themes/flagship/files/2012/05/handsome-african-american-male.jpg ?
Is there maybe anything to adjust within the layout.css or any other css'es?
