as you can see in my

homepage and pages, I set the layout in order to have for all my pages an Horizontal Ruler on the top, with a Ruler With Costumed Text
I'd like to have the same style for all my Blog Posts as well instead of what I do have now

Now all my posts have "USE DEFAULT" as layout

Could I maybe redefine this style, to avoid changing posts layout one by one???
