If you have troubles since the update to WordPress 4.5 please read this post before opening a new thread.
I have been trying to establish a common style for my sidebar on all pages, the problem that I have is as soon as I assign the page for the blog the sidebar widgets that I have created on that page become overridden.
How can I determine what sidebar widgets will show on the blog page?
Having spent the last few hours working on a solution to this problem, the theme still isn’t responding how I would like. I would really appreciate some help with this…
I would suggest looking into http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/widget-logic-visual/ for absolute control on sidebar widgets.
You can then apply your widgets to Displayed Everwhere and then use the plugin to filter any of them you don’t or do want to show up on specific pages.
Also just and fyi our Queue system goes from oldest post within a topic. So when you posted again this last time it bumped you from the front of my Queue to the back.
