I posted the following bug a month ago and got a reply that you would "look into it." I am yet to hear anything (the topic was subsequently closed) and am still waiting for a fix. I went with your theme because of what appeared to be highly responsive customer service but am thus far not satisfied. Can you please provide an update ASAP?
1. Open Elementia page
2. Shrink the window width beyond the min width (so you get a horizontal scrollbar)
3. Scroll to the right --> notice the header/footer background color spans the main content
Using IE9 (tested w/ IE7 and IE8 emulator)
Create a new thread and tell me what problems you are encountering and what you want to know. 
There is no step 3 :)
