Hello, I’m having trouble posting links via facebook. When I input the following link ( http://paulagirshman.com/photography/wp/?portfolio=virgin-islands ) into the status window I get the weird code below. I don’t know where it’s coming from because this is only the case with the portfolio pages. When I post contact page link or home page link this problem doesn’t occur.

    Problem Code/Text:

    You may use these HTML tags and attributes: <a href=”” title=””> <abbr title=””> <acronym title=””> <b> <blockquote cite=””> <cite> <code> <del datetime=””> <em> <i> <q cite=””> <strike> <strong>

    Thanks for your help!

    Hi designer2929,

If Facebook is having issues reading your page you may need to use a plugin like Yoast SEO that keeps pace with the constant changes Facebook does to load in page images etc.

Unfortunately we really aren’t able to say how or why you are getting the comment code loaded into the link window when attempting to link a portfolio page but you could also try turning off comments for those pages and see if that helps.

    Regards,

    Devin

Did you modify any theme files? If yes revertthe changes or check if you’ve removed a div closing tag somewhere. If not check the text/widget content and make sure that no div tags are missing.
