    Hi
    because I was developing the free wordpresses from wordpress.org in the past, I used to add a plugin called Email Address Encoder

    it was a help to combat spam, while allowing us to publish an email address hyperlink on the website, without having to worry about spambots….
    Do you think I need it with Enfold? Is it compatible or even necessary?

    Hi Gillianrose!

    If you don’t insert the email url/link/address directly into your post/page contact you don’t need to install the plugin. Otherwise it’s probably also required if you use Enfold because our theme does not encrypt email urls automatically. I didn’t test it with Enfold and I’m not aware of any incompatibility issues.
