If you have troubles since the update to WordPress 4.5 please read this post before opening a new thread.
I am encountering exactly the same problem as describe in this post:
I see that enriqueflore found a solution and also confirmed by visiting his website – but I have no idea how he solved it.
Any way I could get some assistance with this?
Maps is embedded at the following page:
I don’t think they solved it. The only solution for now is to keep google maps away or outside the tabs.
I will tag Kriesi and the support staff to help you out.
I’m not aware of a solution – maybe they added custom code or found another workaround to fix the google maps init. bug. You can try to contact them here: http://www.heyheygorgeous.com/contact though.
Thanks guys – I just sent a message.
They do seem to have solved the issue on their website.
Will keep you posted
Please do. Be good to have answer here in the forum in case someone else needs to know.
Suggestion was to embed a map from map generator . org
This works however it did not solve my problem of including the map indicator.
Workaround: I simply offset the original map in Google maps so that it would then appeared centered in a Tab. Thi way the location marker is correctly placed with a google map link to the business listing, and also mobile phones display a more friendly version with direct phone and driving directions links!
Check it out here while we are still working on the site: http://www.rigaudrelations.on.ca/new/gites/dairy/
(you’ll need to click on the location tab).
I forgot to add that I was also going to investigate wether using any of those google maps plugins would resolve this issue.
