Empty blog in bilingual site

   Hi,

   we are running a bilingual site (german and english) with wpml and your flagship theme: http://www.christiane-dehmer.de

   After several problems with our first wordpress setup (portfolios did not show up in english) we decided to do a clean reinstall of wordpress with new database, wordpress 3.4 and only the wpml plugins. After installing the flagship theme we now have the following problem: The blog page is only showing posts in german but not in english. You can check that easily on the site. Just go to the blog in german and change the language to english: "Nothing found"

   What's wrong there?

   Hi,
   The new framework will create a new (different) option set for each language. Thus you need to set up the blog page for the German language and then you need to switch to English and set up the blog page for your English categories too.

   Hi and thanks for your quick response!

   In the Einstellungen->Lesen setup (german wordpress) I switched to "static page" as default and chose my blog and startpage. Now it works. Great!

   As far as I can see, these settings can only be saved for both languages at the same time. So I don't see the different options sets working here. But maybe that's just how it must be?
