I have a custom plugin that pulls data from an external MYSQL database and inserts it in a page using a shortcode that is I put in a Text Block. The text that comes from the external database has BOXES inserted between each character. I cannot figure out where this is coming from or what it is. Is this something that Enfold is inserting as a security measure of some kind?

Ecoding - special characters between every character.

    Hey galpinr!

Can you please post the link to your page where we can see the issue?
Also, have you contact plugin author regarding the issue as they should have better insight on what could be causing it?

Thanks for getting back to me – we found the issue was related to the way that the data was being exported from the original SQL Server to MYSQL. Instead of varchar, we used text for the fields that had a problem. It is resolved. Thanks.
