I’ve been encountering some issues after upgrading the Enfold theme to 3.04. Most of them I’ve been able to fix, but I haven’t been able to find the problem with this issue…

    1. My footer and socket style settings here –> Enfold > General Styling (Footer and Socket tabs) aren’t being applied to my pages uniformly. Also, when I create a new page and apply the same template, the wrong footer and socket style treatment is applied.
    A. This is right –> http://stg.mobilebrands.idimension.com/solutions/mobile-engagement-for-customers/
    B. This is wrong –> http://stg.mobilebrands.idimension.com/about-us/

Thanks in advance for your help.

    Hi dlimtiaco!

For some reason your footer is being shoved into the main_color div. This is usually from an element that is not closed properly in your content but I could not find it.

Try removing all of the content in your page and save to see if it goes back to normal. If it does then that means it’s something wrong with your content and I would add it back in piece by piece to try and find the problem element.

If your still having the problem after that then let’s try the following.

    1. Deactivate all plugins.

    2. Completely delete Enfold from your WordPress theme directory before downloading + uploading a fresh copy from themeforest.

    Regards,
    Elliott

I looked at the page.php file and found there was a missing </div> tag as you referenced. I inserted it in there and now the footer is fixed! Thanks so much for your help!
