Enfold Admin Panel BROKEN!

I have one site that all of the sudden this morning is giving me a strange error.

The site works, the page editor works, the dashboard works just fine…everything works EXCEPT the Enfold Theme Options Panel.

It is giving me this error

This site can’t be reached

The connection was reset.
Try:
Reloading the page
Checking the connection
Checking the proxy and the firewall
ERR_CONNECTION_RESET

Everything else on the site works fine…everything…the only thing I can’t get to is the theme options so I can’t export theme options and update the theme to try that. I have deactivated all plugins and still nothing.

Please advise.
