    Hi,

I’ve been using the Enfold theme for a little while now and have been using the WorldPay payment plugin for WooCommerce. Its been working fine but recently has stopped directing to the WorldPay website when the customer click ‘place order’ and just shows a 404 error page instead. Are there any known issues with this plugin? Its strange because I’m using the WorldPay plugin with another one of your themes (Replete) on another website and its working fine.

I’ve tried quite a few things but not having much luck so I’m a bit out of ideas now. Any help will be much appreciated.

Btw the Enfold theme is by far the very best WordPress theme I’ve ever used! The page builder is absolutely brilliant.

    Thanks,

    James

    Hey James!

    Glad you liked Enfold! :)
Can you please post the link to your website? Please make sure that you are using the latest version of the plugins, WordPress and Enfold

    Cheers!

    Hi Yigit,

Here’s the link to the website: http://www.dream3d.co.uk

I’ve checked and everything’s up to date (WordPress 3.9.1, Enfold 2.9.1, WooCommerce 2.1.12, WooCommerce WorldPay Gateway Plugin 3.2.8)

    Thanks,

    James

    Hi!

Enfold doesn’t hook into the payment/checkout process and I’m pretty sure it’s not a theme issue. You can try to increase the allocated php memory to 128M: http://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/fix-wordpress-memory-exhausted-error-increase-php-memory/ , to flush the permalinks by re-saving the permalink options (Settings > Permalinks) and to increase the max_input_vars limit in the php.ini.

    Best regards,
    Peter
