    Hi there,

    I’m setting up the Enfold theme and I’m trying to upload my logo but while clicking the “upload” button under Enfold > Theme options no screen is opened.

    No addblocker is active in my Chrome browser and this exact same upload action does work in the same browser under another Enfold website I’m running right now.

    Any ideas how to solve this?

    Hey zichzach!

    Can you please try de-activing all active plugins and check if that helps?
    If it does not, please create a temporary admin login and post it here privately.

    Hi!

    Can you please try re-updating the theme via FTP and overwrite all files – kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/? It seems like some files are corrupted at the moment and overwriting them should fix it.

    I just overwrote the Enfold files through FTP, but the problem remains unsolved…

    Hey!

    Please try adding following line to your wp-config.php file near top

    define('CONCATENATE_SCRIPTS', false );

    hi Yigit, I did but it didn’t work either.

    Can we export all data and Enfold setting and reinstall everything?

    Hi,

    You can use the import/export function in the theme options if you want to start from scratch.

    I’m trying to login to the site but the login credentials above are not working. Please check. Do you see any error in the browser’s console when you click the upload button?

    We are getting a few errors on the site which are not entirely cause by the theme:

wp-auth-check.min.js?ver=4.4.2:1 Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'hasClass' of undefined

    Please get a fresh copy the enfold theme from your themeforest account then delete the entire wp-content > themes > enfold folder. Replace it with the new one.

    Hi there,

    i have got the same problem. Nothing happens while clicking the upload button.
    I just tried to deactive all plugins but nothing happens.

    But i think there is also a problem with the layout of the enfold-theme-options. I can only see a long list, no panels.

    You have any ideas how to solve it?

    Hi Nina,

    Unfortunately none of the solutions provided by Kriesi did work out for me…

    Think the only solution is a a fresh WordPress + Enfold installation
