Hi Joe!

Disable responsive version is not what we suggest, as it will bring issues to your SEO of the site.
Can I suggest, if we provide a better styling for your mobile, instead of that dark? Or make the menu NOT be visible on mobile?

This effect can be easily re-created in Enfolds Advanced Layout Builder.

Goto Edit Page > Advanced Layout Builder > Content Elements > Color Section

In color section edit options select height 100%

Insert a text box and add your logo in it.

Disable sidebar and footer.

Add an extra textbox and write your custom code for email icon.
