hello, congratulation for your good work with enfold !
we just started using polylang as our preferred translation plugins, and as soon as it’s activated we are loosing masonry gallery… ? Everything came back to normal as soon as the plugin is desactivated, any idea why ? we have follow this topic : https://kriesi.at/support/topic/my-masonry-gallery-not-showing/ but it’s not fixing our issue.

Are you using the latest version of the theme 3.8 ?
If not please update to latest version 3.8 if you are already using the latest version Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.
Login credentials include:
- The URL to the login screen.
- A valid username (with full administration capabilities).
- As well as a password for that username.
- permission to deactivate plugins if necessary.

VinayThank you for the quick reply, we updated Endfold theme to 3.8, but we are still having random issue (image not loading from Media Element in Avia…) and as soon as we desactivate polylang, everything goes back to normal.

It looks like most of the thumbnails are missing when you switch to another language. I’m not sure if this is going to work but please try to regenerate the thumbnails. https://wordpress.org/plugins/regenerate-thumbnails/
If the image regeneration doesn’t work, you might need to re-upload the images in the masonry gallery. For more info, please contact the plugin or script author.
