Enfold site issues

Hi Guys,

Run into a few issues with a site.

At the moment the page builder doesn’t respond (endlessly loading).

I have tried to update the theme but it won’t allow me to – states the download is forbidden?

I can’t access any of the theme options, they are also all blank?

Slider images on the home page and other pages have also disappeared?

Really confused as to whats going on with the site at the moment?

Hopefully yu can help shed some light on the issues?
