    Happy new year Kriesi…
    After update to wordpress 4.7 visual editor not working, i should turn its off then only work with text block edit.
    All text in visual editor are invisible and cannot be edit.
    And i also saw that only on smartphones image lightbox when you press on image press to see the 3th image its start run fast and not show image.

    Waiting your reply how to fix this problem.

    Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

    Login credentials include:

    • The URL to the login screen.
    • A valid username (with full administration capabilities).
    • As well as a password for that username.
    • permission to deactivate plugins if necessary.

    Dear Nikko,
    Thank you for quick reply, i don’t know how its happend but after 10 days just now the problem of visual editor fixed ,
    i even try all this 10 days with other computers and didn’t work, but now it fixed.
    The problem with lightbox working fine on desktop and laptop, but keeps “blanking out” on iphone 6s only, image appears for split second then gone, leaving darkness and arrows, continues to occur with each passing image
    i checked it with 3 smartphones so maybe i will wait for ios update what is your opinion about it?

    Hi,

    I’m glad that the visual editor is fixed, as for the lightbox problem, there are already several people that are experiencing this issue, it would be fixed soon.

    I have two more problem and i would be happy if you can help me:
    1. when i use enfold image gallery lightbox open in small image not in max fullscreen, but when i use image on text box its open the image on max fullscreen, please see link below left image are enfold galery right image on text box

    2. Fullwidth Easy Slider video don’t have play button for smartphones and tablets only image as background, when it will be fixed for smartphones also?

    1.) Use this code inside Quick CSS field:

    img.mfp-img {
width: 65%;
}

    and adjust as needed.

    2.) It should work fine on mobile. Could you provide us a precise where we can check it on your end please?

    1. Regarding enfold gallery lightbox i insert Quick CSS field:

    }
    Its only control image that insert in text box not at enfold gallery lightbox image
    Please see this link
    left image Masonry Gallery (code did not affect)
    Right image i insert image in text box i can control it but its wasn’t the problem from the beginning it present it on max size

    1.) Sorry I don’t really get what you mean. Can you explain clearly please?
    You could do this: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/turn-on-custom-css-field-for-all-alb-elements/, so no other elements get effected by the code you’re going to use. Hope this helps!

    1). Lightbox Image on Masonry Gallery / Partner logo / Gallery are can’t be open on max size

    2). Which smartphone you use?
    I use Iphone 6s and check it on 4s / 5s / ipad and video from Fullwidth Easy Slider not working only on computer

    Hi,

    1.) Yes, it’s opening on max size. However, if you want to increase use this code:

    img.mfp-img {
max-width: 120%;
width: 120%;
max-height: 721px !important;
height: 721px;
}

    and adjust as needed.

    2.) You get some console errors on your website. Are you using an caching or cloudflare function? if yes then you need to deactivate it.

    2.) I believe It is not the problem of caching or cloudflare we already check it, Fullwidth Easy Slider video cant open on smartphones or ipads
    we already check other web site that use this gallery and its not working also, if you can send me link to see that is working will be glad
    you can check this site also http://www.alfa-beta.com.tr/ (by the way i am using vimeo)

    I can’t see the video on your link with any smartphone.
    Can you send me your email address and i will show you video how i can’t see the video with the link that you send to me and how i can’t see video from other wp site that use Fullwidth Easy Slider video.

    you’re right, I just tested on Chrome Emulator, where it’s working. Kriesi is working on it. Until then please use a Video Element for your video.
