    Hello All,

I am using Enfold theme, and on the home page of massageinabottle.guru, I have an easy slider plugin.

It has been working for quite some time, then randomly, one day my client contacted me that nothing showed up on it anymore.

To try and fix I have already tried:

-I have updated the entire site (plugins and wordpress) to the most current versions
-I deleted the old Easy Slider slideshow and added a new one in its place

    Nothing shows. Please help!

    Hey nightowlmarketing,

Please update the theme to the latest version. The current version is 3.5.4. That should fix any issues you are currently experiencing :)

To update to the latest version follow the simple instructions here. (Or if you want the super detailed explanation you can read this blog post).

If that does not help, feel free to reply here and we will take a closer look at the issue. In that case please also add your WordPress login credentials (in the “private data” field) so we can take a look at your admin area.

    Best regards,
    Jordan

    Hello,

This did not work for me. Now NONE of the photos are showing on any page of the site.

Thanks for logging in to try.

    Hi,

Images are showing fine on your site on my end using Chrome, please try to clear your browser cache and reload a few times.

    Cheers!

    Hello,

I have had the client try on a laptop/iPad/iPhone/Android and nothing shows.

I tried via chrome, safari, iPhone and nothing shows.

    You must be mistaken.

If you login to the backend, every single page should show photos, and currently the only thing showing photos is the home page.

    Please assist further. Thank you.

    Hi!

You are still using 3.5.1. Please update Enfold to the latest version 3.6.1 – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/ and flush browser cache and refresh your page a few times – http://wiki.scratch.mit.edu/wiki/Hard_Refresh

    Cheers!
