    Hi, first i want to say thank you for this amazing theme ! great work

    My website here http://www.yannickbardagi.com/photographe is set and works fine, i installed woocommerce because i have digital work to sell and since i installed woocommerce i have a trouble on the landing page.

    1° the background picture ( here the baby and the model picture are in parallax ) dont’ work anymore
    2° the icons in the section ” A PROPOS de Yannick ” are broken
    3° The fullwidth mansonry gallery is broken too

    If i desactive Woocommerce everything works again…

    Would need help to fix this problem, i have to launch officially my website in 72 hours, thanks for your support !

    Hey Stephane!

    You have an old version of the theme. Please download 2.6.2 from your themeforest account then update the theme via FTP. Watch this video by Devin: http://vimeo.com/channels/aviathemes/67209750

    This should fix the woocommerce compatibility issue. Make sure that you’re using the latest shop plugin version.

    Hi ismael i updated the theme to 2.6.2 and i still have the issue with

    1° the background picture ( here the baby and the model picture are in parallax ) dont’ work anymore
    2° the icons in the section ” A PROPOS de Yannick ” are broken

    PS : I have totally uploaded the “ENFOLD Folder”
    I also checked and download the 2.1.5 woocommerce version.

    This is all i can give as informations, do you have any solution to fix this ?

    Hey!

    There are a lot of element option changes since 2.5.2, your previous version before I suggested that you update the theme. You might want to recreate the color section with the parallax effect and other elements or content. Post the login details here if the issues keep on going after you recreate the elements with the problem. Set it as a private reply.

    Hey!

    What do you mean by force client to be active? It sounds like there may have been something corrupted in the “live” sites database if there are display issues happening there but not on the clean install. Either that or another plugin causing a conflict.

    Have you tried deactivating plugins and/or re-setting and saving your styling+theme options?

    Hey!

    We’re really sorry that you’re experiencing this issue.

    There are some cases before about PHP version 5.3.27 FastCGI causing issues somehow and switching to 5.3.27 CGI (Stable) may fix the problem. Please contact your host about that. Also, another user reported about the host database configuration. I can’t give you enough details about that but if fixed the problem. Please try to upgrade the php version if possible. I hope it fix the issue.
