Error message in shopping cart

   Hello -

   Might as well have my third issue on here at the same time as well. On my Billing and Shipping page, after clicking place order, I get the following message at the top of the page. {"result":"success","redirect":"http:\/\/pizzazzgifts.com\/checkout-2\/pay\/?key=order_5075ce26679d6&order=25629"}

   The order will continue and go through, but I would like to get ride of this message. Any ideas?

   Please try to update Abundance to version 1.5 (the latest version). The text above is a json object which is generated by woocommerce - probably Abundance 1.3 is incompatible with the latest woocommerce update and you need to update your theme to version 1.5.

   Dude -

   Thanks, I didn't realize there was an update to Abundance. I now have updated, cleared my browser history, but I'm still getting the same error message. It might be something else, I seem to be having several issues the last couple of days. Please help (again).

   Hi Sandy,

   Try to disable all plugins except woocommerce, this might be caused by a plugin conflict.

   Ismael -

   I have disabled all plugins except woocommerce and I am still getting the same error message. I wonder if this issue also has anything to do with the Attracta problems I am having with the cart. (See other thread about items selected for cart not going into the cart.) I will wait and see if I can get an answer from HostGator about deleting Attracta from my website. Perhaps this will take care of this issue also.

   I appreciate you staying with me on this one. I hope to know more tomorrow. (Monday)

   Hi Sandy,

   Let us know how it goes. Just to note, it still is showing the old style sheet for Abundance version 1.3 when viewing the site. See: http://pizzazzgifts.com/wp-content/themes/abundance/style.css

   Can you check that you've downloaded Abundance version 1.5 from your downloads on Themeforest and then try and upload it to wordpress so that we can make sure it isn't a compatibility issue with the newer version of woocommerce?

   I think I downloaded Abundance 1.5 from Themeforest, but did not upload correctly. Are there simple instructions on how to do this? I found version.rtf and found which files were changed, but now I don't know what to do with this information. I am using hostgator but have not used Filezilla before. I saw this program mentioned in another place on this forum as a way to upload files. I can follow directions when given but just don't know where to start on this issue. Thank you.

   Okay - I have kept messing around with this and seem to have it working now. The cart is working great! Gosh, it's beautiful when it works! Thank you so much for staying with me on this issue. The site still shows me as having the older version of Abundance, so I could still use help on that. Onward and upward.

    Hi Sandy,

    The files you see in version.rtf and are the files that have been changed and you can just replace the files with the same name (replace the old file with the file in the updated theme). Anyways, Glad that you've fixed it. :)
