I'm not sure what's going on but it seems like the php execution time isn't enough to proceed all requests/functions. Please try to deactivate all third party plugins - maybe one adds too much load to your server (eg plugins can try to "call home" and slow down your system, etc.).

Hi- Thanks for your response. I have no plugins installed! I have only just begun to build the site.

I receive this message when saving a menu in Broadscope. I have created many items for the menu and mega menus, which may be the problem. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated! I cannot move forward without saving the menu I have created.

Hi!

Did you try to contact your hoster - maybe they can increase the php execution time or send you any error logs which might help us?

Thank you. This was solved by some careful research:

Open your php.ini file

EDIT: max_execution_time = 30 CHANGE to 300

Save. May take up to 10min to process change.
