When I am batch regenerating images I can only do about 8 max or WP 'hangs'
Anyone else have similar problems (or, better still, a solution)?

ModeratorHi ATX,
I believe this is limited by how much memory Wordpress can use on your server. Here is the codex entry on increasing memory: http://codex.wordpress.org/Editing_wp-config.php#Increasing_memory_allocated_to_PHP
If it doesn't work, you can also try contacting your host and ask them to increase the allowed memory as well.
