    I’ve uploaded the theme folder via FTP and it is showing as an option under my Available Themes, but when I choose preview I get the following message: Fatal error: Call to undefined function get_theme_support() in /home/[url]/[url]/wp-content/themes/angular/framework/php/class-superobject.php on line 103

    (When I initially had an issue with installation I found this thread which I thought would resolve the problem completely: http://support.envato.com/index.php?/Knowledgebase/Article/View/269. I followed the instructions which then led me to the above problem.)

    How do I resolve this?

    Thank you,
    A

    Hi drlahiri!

    Looks like the theme files are corrupted. Please download the theme again on your themeforest account then upload the theme via FTP. Watch this video by Devin: https://vimeo.com/channels/aviathemes/64927356

    Hi Ismael,

    Thanks for the reply. I’ve done what you said and redownload the theme and reuploaded it via FTP, but the error remains. I’m not sure what is the issue..

    The WordPress I am running off of is also the latest version.

    Thoughts?

    Thanks,

    A

    Hi!

    The problem is you’re using a very old version of WordPress. Please download version 3.7 or higher.

    Best regards,
    Ismael

    Hi!

    Please deactivate all plugins that you have on your end. Check if the greyscale version of the image is present on the wp-content/uploads/2014/03 folder. You can also fix it using CSS. Add this on Quick CSS or custom.css:

    .template-portfolio-overview.content div.portfolio-wrap.avia_sortable img {
    display: block;
    filter: grayscale(100%);
    -webkit-filter: grayscale(100%);
    filter: gray;
    -webkit-transition: all .6s ease;
    }

    .template-portfolio-overview.content div.portfolio-wrap.avia_sortable img:hover {
    filter: grayscale(0%);
    -webkit-filter: grayscale(0%);
    filter: none;
    }

    #top #wrap_all .filtered-image {
    display: none !important;
    }

    Regards,
    Ismael

    Thank you Ismael! Deactivated the plugins and that worked.
