    Hi

I have set up a website with the Incarnation theme and I’m having some problems with bbpress. I can post to the forum OK, but a reply can’t be added. I get the error- ERROR: Your topic cannot be empty.

If I turn of the Incarnation theme and use Twenty Thirteen it works OK. I have looked on the bbpress forum and they suggest it is a theme issue, hence the question.

I have tried deactivating plugins and the problem still happens.

    Please help!

Sorry, meant to say, it is WP 3.6 and bbpress 2.3.2

    Hey!

    1) Please make sure you’re using the latest version of the theme (v1.3)

    2) Try to increase the allocated php memory to 128M: http://codex.wordpress.org/Editing_wp-config.php#Increasing_memory_allocated_to_PHP

    Regards,

    Peter

Hi Peter, thanks for your response.

I am using the latest version of the theme.

I have looked at the link. I am not too hot on php. I have added the code to the wp-settings.php file at the top, just after the <?php.

I’m not sure if this is the correct place? If it is, it still does not work.

    Regards

    Rupert

    Hey,

Please edit wp-config.php, add this code:

    define('WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '128M');

    Regards,

    Ismael

    Hi

I have tried that and it still is not working.

I have added it at the beginning and tried adding it at the end. Is that correct?

    Hi!

Solved. I just re-uploaded the original theme files and now it seems to work again.

    Best regards,

    Peter
