I’m trying to follow the instructions in the comments in the functions.php file about how to do this, but I’m missing something and cant get it working: “if you run a child theme and dont want to load the default functions.php file set the global var bellow in you childthemes function.php to true: global $avia_config; $avia_config = true;” Where exactly should this line of code go, and what (if anything) should it replace? Thanks a lot! March 10, 2013 at 7:50 am #110228 DudeModerator Hey! You can add this code to the child theme functions.php file. You only need to use it if you want to overwrite theme (php) functions with the child theme.
