    Hi Kriesi

    at my website, we sell selfdefence courses and uses EventON and woocommerce for listing the events and selling tickets. If you open an event and try to add more than one ticket to the basket the button doesn’t work.

    I have been in dialog with EventON, and they have tested my site, and found that the error is in Enfold (because it works fine with other themes and all plugins)

    Can you help me???

    just to be clear:
    You can add more than one ticket to the basket by pressing the “add to basket” several times or change the number when you go to the basket. But the number function -/+ doesn’t work in the popup window for the event.

    Hi,

    Can you post the error or appearing when you have a dialog with Eventon? or if you can post the link of the thread (eventon support thread, same as this one). Also, please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

    Login credentials include:

    • The URL to the login screen.
    • A valid username (with full administration capabilities).
    • As well as a password for that username.
    • permission to deactivate plugins if necessary.

    Thanks for a great plugin! It looks great!
    I have justed added a woocommerce plugin so that I can make bulk discounts. When trying to add more than one ticket from the eventON popup calendar, the plus/minus button is inactive. Nothing happens when clicking them, but I can change the number and press add.
    I have added the discounts in the woocommerce and it works fine when you get to the order-site and add more tickets there.
    Any idears?

    Disable all other plugins temporarily and then change back to default WordPress theme and check once.
    It may have been caused by a conflict.

    Hi support.
    I have just tried your idear. It did’nt work 🙁
    All plugins where deactivated and theme changed and the buttons were and still are inactive. Even if I only actived the eventon plugins the buttons did’nt work.
    You can change the number manually in field in the middle and order more tickets. see pic

    Can you share the solution publicly so we can attempt to solve our website as well. Same issue of the arrows being hyperlinked to the event title.

    I just tested by going back to default WordPress theme and it works fine.
    So, please contact your theme developer and ask them for their support for this.

    Hi,

    Thank you for the info.

    Did they find any errors or give any additional info regarding the issue? Please edit the config-woocommerce > woocoomerce-mod.js file then look for this code around line 49:

    avia_apply_quant_btn();

    .. replace it with:

    // avia_apply_quant_btn();

    This will disable the function temporarily. Let us know if the quantity buttons are working after this modification.

    maybe this is an ok solution to the problem?!
    Now the costumer can change the number them self and add to the basket…. I don’t care about the minus/plus buttons are gone…

    It’s really up to you but the quantity buttons are default feature of a product page. I’ll ask the rest of the support team to check the button issue.
