    1. On the image list gallery, is there anyway to adjust the leading in the caption in the pop-up EXIF box? Not a biggie, but I find it too spaced out.

    2. In the PrettyPhoto gallery caption field, any text after an apostrophe gets cut off …

    Text appears fine in the EXIF box that pops up on the image gallery list.

    3. In PrettyPhoto, where can I increase the space between the image count (ie. “110/117″) and the caption?

    Anybody?

    Hi Bokehman,

    Apologies for the delay. To answer your questions…

    1) Add this to your custom.css

    .exif_data_inner_tooltip .hr {
    padding: 15px 0 5px 0;
    }

    To explain, the first 15px is top padding, the 0′s are right and left, the 5px is bottom padding. The default padding for the bottom is 15px. In the code above, I changed to 5px. See how that looks to you first then adjust as you see fit.

    2) Do you mean you have something like this William’s Market and the word Market doesn’t show? If so, that’s because apostrophe is conflicting with the lightbox’s programming. Try using the numerical code below (without the spaces) instead in the caption field.

    & # 3 9 ;

    3) Add this to your custom.css

    div.pp_default .pp_description {
    padding: 0 0 0 25px;
    }

    You’ll want to change the 25px depending on how much spacing you want. The default is 0. Keep in mind after you make this change you may want to view your website on lower res monitors as the lightbox adjusts to monitor size and this may cause problem with displaying text.

    Hope this helps!

    Mya

    Thanks, Mya – I got #3 working but am still having issues with 1 and 2.

    For #1, I changed the bottom padding to 0, but the leading still looks the same. Just to be clear, I want to reduce the spacing between the lines.

    For #2, I tried the code but now that appears in the captions (see image 117 – Floating Band).

    I have an ‘ok’ knowledge of CSS.

    Doh. I put the apostrophe code in WITH the spaces.

    Hi Bokehman,

    Try adding the following CSS to your Quick CSS (located under the Styling Tab in the theme options) or the custom.css file in the css folder of your theme files:

    #top .exif_data_inner_tooltip li {
    padding: 2px 2% 2px 0;
    }

    The padding goes top, right, bottom, left in the above so if you want to reduce the spacing for the individual lines you can change the 2px to 1 or even 0.

    Devin

    I’ve tried both bits of CSS code to adjust the leading in the EXIF tooltip pop-up, but neither seem to be working.

    .exif_data_inner_tooltip .hr {
    padding: 15px 0 5px 0;
    }

    And …

    #top .exif_data_inner_tooltip li {
    padding: 2px 2% 2px 0;
    }

    I changed all the padding to zero to see if it would change anything but no-go.

    Hi Bokehman,

    Try this:

    .exif_data_inner_tooltip .hr {
    height: 2px;
    padding: 0 0;
    }

    Regards,

    Mya
