Existing Categories Not Populating In Abundance Theme Options After Upload

Hello- I recently uploaded the Abundance theme. I already had WooCommerce installed and was testing out another WooCommerce template until I found the Abundance theme. So I just uploaded it and none of my categories are showing up for example in the Menu Editor or for example when I try to add unique widgets to category pages I can only see the categories that come with Abundance, even though I have deleted them.

Hi shopedc,

Can you try going into your previous categories, opening them up individually and re-saving them down. Perhaps there was an issue with wordpress not recognizing them once the dummy categories were added in on top of them.

Hi!

Did you solve the issue? I saw that you've several categories in the mega menu now?
