    Hello,

    I’m not sure if this is a Woocommerce setting, but I have extra countries located in the drop down list for shipping and billing. Is there a file that I can edit to remove the unwanted shipping locations?

    In my Woocommerce, I only have US selected for selling and shipping.

    Hi Kelly,

    In your general options (in the settings of woocommerce) make sure you have “Allowed Countries: specific countries” and then in the specific countries field only have the United States.

    Hi Devin, Yes that’s the way I have it. I initially check Woocommerce and everything looks right. I’m not sure when this started, but I know it wasn’t always like this. I’m not sure what would have chaged this?

    Not that I know of no. I can only suggest going through each setting and re-setting them (anything that has to do with countries). It could have gotten changed server side but not actually reflecting the change with the setting.

    If that doesn’t work, try disabling all active plugins besides woocommerce and re-setting them again just in case an extension (even ones sold by woocommerce can cause problems) is causing a conflict.
