Extra Widgets Area content is displaying on home page despite exclusion

I created an Extra Widget Area (called "Category:News left") to be exclusively used by our blog page. The blog page has a category = NEWS.

I added the Tag Cloud and Newscast Advertising widgets to this Extra Widget Area.

Category "News" is excluded from the home page, as are all other categories except one called FEATURED.

Both the Tag Cloud and Advertising widgets are displaying on the Home Page here: at http://66.147.244.248/~integry3/

Am I missing a set up step?

Hey, I had to inactivate the Tag Cloud widget for our blog in order to go live, so the link above no longer shows the problem. If you need me to recreate the issue, before you can troubleshoot let me know and I will set up a testing environment.
