Hello - Please visit http://thesmarterscienceofslim.com/the-idea/ and note the blank "Like" widget in the sidebar and footer. This area of the sidebar and footer contain the standard Facebook "Like" widget...and stopped displaying recently. How can I get the widget to show up again in both of these locations?

Create a new thread and tell me what problems you are encountering and what you want to know. 
There is no step 3 :) 
Themeforest support threads are not searchable. Since most questions are asked over and over again a searchable forum will make it possible that you dont even need to wait for my response, because its already there.
