Failed to open stream: No such file or directory

I’m having issues with my upload. My older site, which uses the same theme, has no problems. My newest site, which I’ve downloaded several different times trying to correct the issue, is going all sorts of wonky. I can’t get it resolved on either my live site or my staging site, which I’ve deleted and re-uploaded the theme several times trying to reset it and resolve the problem. The ‘missing information’ can be found in the files. The full error code and the login is in the moderators section / private content section.
