    Mr. Support,

    I tried to download the .SVG file from fontello, but when I uploaded the zip file, it said:

    Couldn’t add the font because the service didn’t respond.
    Please reload the page, then try again

    Please help.

    Hi ianhau!

    Can you please try de-activating all active plugins and check if that helps?
    Also, please try uploading another font set from fontello and check if that works correctly.

    I deactivated all plugins except the 4 wpml plugins, when I insert the .svg file, it complained differently, it says:

    Couldn’t add the font.
    The script returned the following error:

    Fatal error: Call to a member function attributes() on a non-object in /home/windfanshk/www/www/wordpress/wp-content/themes/enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-template-builder/php/font-manager.class.php on line 192

    Should I deactivate wpml plugins too?
