Hello!
I was wondering if there is a way to way to include this contact form in the footer section (persistent on every page).
So, the form (“Want to Get in Touch?”) with parallax background AND the three columns would appear at the bottom of all pages.
Alternatively if this is not possible, I could go with an abbreviated contact form in one of the footer columns. Is there a built in way to do that?

What I would do is create a new page and add the color section and form to it and then save it as a template in the layout builder (big blue button on the right hand side below the editor). This way every time you create a page you just need to click one button to insert it into your page content.

I have the same problem. I am trying to put a contact form in the footer and I created the template but still I can`t make it to put it in the footer
Olease give me an advice how to add a contact form in the footer. (There is mailchimp but no contact form or I do´t see it)Regards Miriam

You can enable debugging mode to see shortcodes you have created in pages using Advanced Layout Builder – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/enable-advanced-layout-builder-debug/
Or, You can switch to Default Editor and click on Magic Wand to see full list of shortcodes http://i.imgur.com/n4KXkdm.jpg
then you can create any of them and copy/paste shortcode into any other content element or into text widget.Best regards,
