Would the update have any impact on the Media Upload Library? I can’t seem to get a jpg to upload without an HTTP Error. It seems to work fine with pdfs but when I upload a jpg image it won’t crunch. I have to delete it from the Library though. I see some users are commenting on the portfolio having issues – is this related? I don’t think I have any plugins installed that would impact this.

    Hey jend_onesource!

please contact your hosting provider, that is an issue with your uplaod folder or the web space you have available.
He will assist you with that!

Thanks a lot for your patience

    Basilis,
Thanks for the quick reply. I can contact them. Quick question though – wouldn’t that impact ALL files I’m trying to upload? I was able to upload a pdf with no issues. It’s just this one image that I’m having this error with.

    Hi,

Please upload the image to somewhere where we can download it and we’ll try to upload it. We’ll need an admin login as well, you can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply.

    Regards,
    Rikard

I spoke w/GoDaddy. We went rounds with it! Despite uploading via FTP site, I couldn’t see it in my WP Media Library. It’s as though it’s specific to this particular image. I could upload other jpg or pdf files with no issues. In the end, I was able to get it to work. Not sure what the issue was. Thanks!
