Featured Image won't load

   I can't get the featured images to load in when clicking on them from my posts or slider. I get the typical message "Images cannot be loaded. Make sure the path is correct and image exist."

   These images are pulled from my media library and the URL displayed in Link URL is the file URL.

   Hi AzambaInc,

   Can you provide a link to the site having the issue? Just from the description I'm not sure what is happening so we'll need to inspect the code a bit and see if something stands out.

   We have the Wordpress Site with Woocommerce installed & using the Abundance theme, see our product page, my images zoom option is not working, i am getting the following message:

   Image cannot be loaded. Make sure the path is correct and image exist.

   I selected the Feature Image Option "Use Lightbox"

   When you click on the product image you will get the above message.

   Same my any blog post image, we are getting the same issue, see the one post of our site:

   When you will click on the this post image, you will get the same message here.

   Even same theme I installed on my local host & Its working fine, i don't know what is the exact issue, can you please help me to solve this issue.

   Hi,

   Please look at the top of your style.css file to verify the version of Flashlight you are using.

   The latest version is 2.3 so if yours is different, you should download the update from themeforest.net , unzip it on your home computer, and then upload it to your server using FTP software such as FileZilla make sure to rename your current theme folder first if you customized any of the templates in order to preserve any customizations.

   I think its old one, I have not found the update, where to download that, can you help me to download the latest one flashlight.

   Hi,

   Sure. Please log into themeforest.net using the login/pw you used to purchase the theme. Then click on Downloads where you can see what you previously purchased, and you will be able to download the latest update which addresses your issue. The link to the video I posted goes over this process.

   I don't think this is the issue with my flashlight, I already told you above that Its working fine on my localhost system, see the stylesheet below of my local host:

   Its same as the my server. if images are working fine on the localhost, then why its not working on my live site, even I copied all the files from my local host to my server.

   I searched about this issue on google & I got many of the result for this issue, they all says that its about the gallery links to media file issue in setting, Can you please make sure, what is the exact issue with my site.

   Hi,

   Latest version of Abundance is 1.9. Please download it on your themeforest account. Did you recently transfer your website from your localhost? You might need to manually upload the images again or try to regenerate the thumbnails with http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/regenerate-thumbnails/.
