Where is and how do we add the FEEDBACK button/tab you have on your Choices demo? I'm referring to the tab that runs vertically on the left side of the pages.

Inside your WP Dashboard, go to Choices > Theme Options > Contact. Find Contact form Quicklink and set the value to Feedback (Actually, you can use other words for this. Leaving this field empty will make that button disappear). Hope this helps.
