not a support questionI have unzipped the provided file form themeforest and uploaded only the avia_feedback_box folder. When I click activate is breaks and gives me a 500 internal server error. This in turn breaks the entire Admin panel and I have to delete the plugin to get everything working correctly.
How can I get this installed and working correctly. I am already using Shoutbox theme.

try following - open up avia_feedback_box/backend_options.php and around line 82 replace:
$new_box = new avia_meta_box_plugin_helper($options, $boxinfo);with:
if (class_exists('avia_meta_box_plugin_helper')) {
$new_box = new avia_meta_box_plugin_helper($options, $boxinfo);
}I hope this solves the server error. I'll report it to Kriesi as a bug.
