to find out how to generate a RSS Feed, I’ve just read about feedburner from google. And as they say in the press the service seems to be sentenced to die soon. What other service would you recommend to generate an RSS feed?

how can I take the RSS Feed Icon out (or disable it) and replace it by two other icons for google+ and Pinterest?
I’m not sure how you can do that. Let me tag the rest of the support team.
This post will help you with the additional icons: http://www.kriesi.at/support/topic/want-to-add-pinterest-icon-to-social-media-icons-in-the-header – the only difference is that the code is located in functions.php (not header.php). If you want to remove the rss icon delete following line (in functions.php):
echo ' <li class="rss"><a href="'.avia_get_option('feedburner',get_bloginfo('rss2_url')).'">RSS</a></li>';
