    1. File is missing from freshly downloaded theme zip. See below:

Warning: require(/home/nuevydm/public_html/wp-content/themes/coherence/framework/php/wordpress-importer/avia-export-class.php) [function.require]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/coherencedm/public_html/wp-content/themes/coherence/framework/php/inc-autoconfig.php on line 208

There is no file named “avia-export-class.php” in the wordpress-importer folder.

Theme is crashing WP admin, white screen and warnings!

    2. coherence psd file very incomplete:

Most layers are missing or corrupted. Only header, Featured and bg are there.

Featured and bg are missing layers, very incomplete. No footer layer at all.

I am using P-shop 7.0 and very experienced.

    Hi webbie22,

Try to re-download the theme again.

Thank you, that took care of the theme files.

PSD is still missing lots. No layers for the container, dynamic container, footer container.

Header is complete, otherwise it’s mostly just white bg layer with two gray areas that I guess go between the content areas.

Missing unit div, slider thumbnails, portfolio, socket_container divs and more.

    Using P-shop CS (8..0)

    Hi webbie22,

This thread might answer your question: http://www.kriesi.at/support/topic/ (Purchase code hidden if logged out) #post-45777

Ditto the customer POV in that thread!

I’ve bought dozens of themes from many differerent companies and developers. Among the very few vendors who had a product deficiency, none have said, “Sorry, that’s all you get!”

I suggest you remove PSDs from your product pages and just surpirse buyers with them. That way, no one can complain when they don’t get everything they’ve paid for.

I’ll be okay with the incomplete PSD however, if this was my business I wouldn’t want it get around the web that my customers are feeling shortchanged.

I’ll mark this thread for Kriesi. Tbh I feel it’s up to the Envato review team to decide if the “PSD” tag is allowed or not because they can compare the items with each other and then they need to decide where the “watershed” for a “complete” PSD is.
