Finding and using the custom fields in Newscast together with RSS Parser

Hi guys, greetings from Greece.

I have just installed on your theme a plugin called Feedwordpress. FeedWordPress is an Atom/RSS aggregator for WordPress. I am trying to set up the custom key and value fields so that when a post is imported from another website it can publish the pictures in the small lightbox and the featured homepage image section properly.

Could you tell me what exactly the custom fields are for the small lightbox and the featured section?
I have tried using: post_thumb, kriesi_post_thumb, preview_image.. and some others but I was hoping that you could advise on this.

Hey,
Kriesi uses the wp_get_attachment_image_src function to retrieve the featured image: http://codex.wordpress.org/Function_Reference/wp_get_attachment_image_src

Thanks, I take it that it's the same procedure for the call of the thumbnail img as well at the start of an article on the homepage as well right?

Yes - you just need the right post id to get the attachments - i.e. with a loop for posts/pages or if it's just one page you can hardcode it....
