    hi there,

    can you please help me?

    within the portfolio page, i am having difficulty loading photos. ( this further extends to mobile devices)
    there are a few problems;

    1. the slideshow does not seem to be getting past the second image, or if i click on the arrow, it stops at the second image
    2. when i click on the image to make it appear as a floating image, it places an extra photo from the ‘featured media section’
    for e.g. there are 6 photos & it says 1/7
    when it gets to the last photo, which doesn’t exist it gives me a message;
    “image cannot be loaded, make sure the path is correct & the image exist”
    i can not fix this, please tell me how
    3. finally the last problem, i don’t know what its called there are 3 buttons which allows you to scroll though folio items the look like this < > X
    when i click on the right or left icon, it just shows the loading symbol & nothing happens

    What do i need to rectify all of these issues please.

    Hi wongbrother!

    Before anything else you need to update your theme files. You are still running version 1.0 which was the initial release and since then there have been bug fixes, updates and with version 1.6 compatibility updates so that the theme can run on WordPress 3.6+.

    hi devin,

    thanks for the reply, i updated & it seemed to fix a couple of the problems….

    it seems to work straight after i go into the dashboard/portfolio page & update but then it reverts & also doesn’t work on iOS devices…

    can you help me fix this please?

    Can you please post a link to a portfolio entry where we can reproduce the issue?

    thanks for your reply & help…

    the problem is intermittent, i have tried this from several different IP’s & get different results from each, sometimes it works then the next portfolio item it doesn’t work….

    quite strange & frustrating too….

    i have noticed that when i log in with wp-admin it normally works fine, without problem, however when i try from another browser e.g. chrome then it doesn’t work….

    its strange that it only happens sometimes….

    a fix for this problem would be good, as this is a portfolio i use for prospective clients it needs to work 100% of the time

    Hopefully Kriesi can see whats happening that we are missing. It usually takes him a bit of time to get through his open queue and with the recent updates on WooCommerce and Enfold we are a bit swamped/behind as well.
