    Hi

    Some days ago i updated my Flashlight theme to 2.3 version and since i did it i’ve been having some problems to access like “Admin” to my web (I can surf my web with out problems but i can access from http://www.amateurdigitalphoto.com/wp-admin). If i reset the theme to use twentytwelve. The front end of the site changed and the /wp-admin page now loads

    I’m looking through the wordpress log (~/public_html/amateurdigitalphoto/error_log file) and i found this:

    ‘[29-May-2013 15:02:36] PHP Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at /home3/comoorga/public_html/amateurdigitalphoto/wp-content/themes/flashlight/includes/helper-slideshow.php:1) in /home3/comoorga/public_html/amateurdigitalphoto/wp-includes/pluggable.php on line 876′

    Please, could you helpme with this issue?

    Note: My WordPress installation is 3.5.1

    Hi,

    Please add this at the bottom of your functions.php

    add_action('init', 'do_output_buffer');
    function do_output_buffer() {
    ob_start();
    }

    Regards,

    Ismael

    Hi Ismael

    I did it but didn’t work.

    it’s look like work but when i do logout and then try again login…. the same white screen as you can see when visit http://www.amateurdigitalphoto.com/wp-admin

    Here you have a copy of the php that i modified through Appearance–> Editor–> Theme Functions (function.php)

    // deactivate default theme seo if third party plugin is used. Currently supported plugins: Yoast WP SEO and All in One SEO
    if(defined('WPSEO_VERSION') || class_exists('All_in_One_SEO_Pack')) $avia_config['deactivate_seo'] = true;
    add_action('init', 'do_output_buffer');
    function do_output_buffer() {
    ob_start();
    }

    Hi coopernico46,

    Try re-downloading the theme files and then uploading them via FTP to your wordpress installation to completely overwrite the old files. Perhaps there was a file corruption when you first installed the update.

    Regards,

    Devin

    Hi Devin

    I’ll try it but now in wordpress log (~/public_html/amateurdigitalphoto/error_log file) and see:

    PHP Fatal error: Call to undefined function add_action() in /home3/comoorga/public_html/amateurdigitalphoto/wp-includes/functions.php on line 3647

    Tell you more when re-uploading theme files via FTP.

    Thanks

    Hi,

    Delete the code that I gave you. See if the error disappear.

    Regards,

    Ismael
