    Hi there,

    When I upload my images (1000 × 799px) to the gallery, setting the the image is not being re-sized, but cropping most of the image on the right hand side instead. The ‘Background Gallery Image Cropping/resizing’ is set to ‘scale to fit’.

    Here’s an example of whats happening: http://animageofireland.com/portfolio-item/landscape/

    I checked the Function.php and it’s set as follows:

    //register additional image thumbnail sizes that should be generated when user uploads an image:

    $avia_config = array(‘width’=>48, ‘height’=>48 ); // small preview pics eg sidebar news, fullscreen slideshow thumbnails

    $avia_config = array(‘width’=>130, ‘height’=>130); // small images for related items

    $avia_config = array(‘width’=>240, ‘height’=>9999, ‘crop’=>false); // masonry images

    $avia_config = array(‘width’=>200, ‘height’=>140); // medium preview pic portfolio

    $avia_config = array(‘width’=>430, ‘height’=>9999, ‘crop’=>false); // image for blog posts

    $avia_config = array(‘width’=>1500, ‘height’=>1500, ‘crop’=>false); // big images for fuöösize slider

    ///////

    Your help would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks.

    Hi!

    If you want to show lanscape images I’d recommend to expand the masonry “brick” width. Insert following code into the quick css field

    .masonry-item img {
    max-width: 100%;
    }

    .js_active div .masonry-brick {
    width: 100%;
    }

    Best regards,

    Peter
