Doesn’t matter if I use flexible grid or others – nothing works. Flexible grid was the default and worked fine. Logged in to update WP because menu bar wasn’t appearing on the side (this happened across several of my sites) and updated plugins and now not working.
Instead of displaying flexible grid, pictures are just displayed in extra large size in the background. I need to know what’s going on here as customers cannot see pics displayed in this manner.

Can we see your site and issue live? Have you updated the theme recently?
DevinFebruary 12, 2014 at 6:57 pm #222947
The website is http://www.fernandaritephotography.com
I have not updated the theme recently, but should we need to, how would we go about updating the theme.

OK updated according to the instructions. Now version 2.5. Nothing has changed. Galleries still not appearing in any way, shape or fashion. The pictures in the background are HUGE. So, what can we try next?February 14, 2014 at 9:46 am #223853
Please create us an admin account and post the login credentials as private reply. We’ll check the configuration of the galleries.

So guys? Any idea what’s going on here? I’m losing business while you try and resolve this. I would appreciate someone having a look at this problem sooner than later.
ThanksFebruary 20, 2014 at 8:16 am #226631
Ummmmmmm, so? I’m really not sure what I have to do next to get this resolved. This is a business website, and as such, I’m losing that businss because my site isn’t working.
Not trying to be a pain here, but if your site was down and you were losing business, I bet you’d get it resolved…..February 25, 2014 at 12:52 am #228755
Where exactly is the issue happening? I just created a test page and it has no issues: http://www.fernandaritephotography.com/flexible-grid-test/
I couldn’t find a page with any errors when looking through things just now.
I apologize for not getting back sooner, I’m not sure why there was such a delay. I cleared our queue of anything older than 24 hours yesterday so this should have shown up then.
