   How can I add a Flickr Gallery (3 by 3) in the footer. Like the "Latest Themes" gallery you are using in the footer section on this site?

   This should help you ! :)
   Put the text widget in the sidebar/footer and add this in :
   (change the xxxx and yyy value by your flickrID)

   <style type="text/css">
   .flickr_badge img { width: auto; height: auto; margin: 8px 8px 8px 8px;}
   </style>
   <div class="flickr_badge" align="center">
   <script type="text/javascript" src="http://www.flickr.com/badge_code_v2.gne?count=9&display=latest&size=s&layout=y&source=user&user=xxxxxxx%40yyy"></script>
   </div>
